Best Western Fallsview, Niagara Falls

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool, making it convenient for relaxation. However, there was some noise from the hall traffic. The service was friendly and helpful, though a bit busy on the phone at times. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and being away from the bustling Niagara Region. The dining experience was good, but slightly overpriced. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.

Staying at the Embassy Suites was a mixed experience. The rooms, while smaller and in the older section, were kept nice and comfy, though a bit pricier. The service, unfortunately, lacked acknowledgment and clarity, with questionable additional fees. On the bright side, the location is ideal for exploring Niagara Falls, close to all the attractions and with convenient parking. Dining was uninspiring, but the facilities offered some enjoyable amenities.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and offered excellent value for the price with 2 double beds, a small breakfast table, 2 chairs, a large dresser, a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, and a good-sized TV with decent cable stations. However, the rooms were dirty and had a strong smell of air freshener that didn't mask it well.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that needed a bit more cleaning but had a good shower and comfortable beds, though the strange layout was a bit off-putting. The lack of a fridge or microwave didn't bother me much as it's something you can live without.

The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the falls and attractions, although it could use some upkeep in the hallways. The service was mostly friendly, with the exception of a slightly patronizing manager. Dining options were limited, with a buffet that didn't justify the price increase. In-room amenities were sparse but did include a shower gel dispenser.
